Key Responsibilities:

+ Be the first line of review for external prescriptions on the dashboard, delegating calls to clinical liaisons or Stepping in as a secondary backup for prescription fills when needed.

+ Monitor daily Cubex reports, resolve cycle count discrepancies, and conduct investigations.
