Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency (;Centre is welcoming a full-time Veterinary Reception, Client Care to join our team. We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets
Desired Attributes and Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties
Prior knowledge/or ability to learn medical terminology and VCA Woofware
Exceptional client service skills
Empathetic, nurturing, and positive attitude
Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change, and adaptable
Initiative in carrying out assignments independently
Attention to detail with above-average time management skills
