Veterinary Surgeon

Key Duties

Deliver high-quality first-opinion veterinary care for small animals Manage a varied caseload, with a balance of consultations and surgery Work closely with an experienced clinical team, including certificate holders Support the continued growth and development of the practice Provide sole charge cover on weekends as required
Working Pattern

Full-time preferred: 4 days per week (8:30am - 6:30pm) 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (consulting only) No out-of-hours requirements Flexible working may be considered This structure offers a strong work-life balance while maintaining clinical variety.

Modern first-opinion small animal practice Advanced diagnostic equipment including on-site CT scanner Visiting specialists for orthopaedic cases Team of 3 vets and 3 nurses, creating a close-knit working environment Well-connected location with good public transport links
