Vice President Client Integration

The role of a Client Integration Vice President (VP) involves leading and overseeing client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects. The Integration VP manages virtual project teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes, and sales support. The VP oversees a group of Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP), trains and develops staff, and rolls out global best practice and standardization across the global Integration team. Core skills required include experience in leading teams for successful delivery of projects within a project management framework, effective communication skills, client‑facing experience, and an understanding of the financial services business.
