Vice President, Client Success

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Success to join our EMEA Wealth Client Enablement team. This role is located in London/Manchester In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Become proficient in BNY Pershing's systems (Nexus, Nexus Wealth, Nexus Investor) and deliver client training across live, virtual, and on-demand formats; assist in building and maintaining an e-learning catalogue. Develop, update, and maintain multi media training materials and user guides aligned to system functions, screens, and associated processes/products. Support live and post live client activities on site; partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to demo systems for prospective clients and run internal presentations for Pershing employees.
