Vice President - Corporate Lending Origination Team for Spain & Portugal

About the position

As a Vice President , your main roles and responsibilities are, among others, the following ones:

• Develop in-depth relationships with the clients when providing the best solutions to structure corporate debt, always with the objective of leading transactions.
• Maintain and enhance market intelligence working with other teams such as Syndicate & Sales.
• Work on underwriting and distribution strategies including management of different stakeholders in coverage, syndicate, sales and risk to obtain the relevant approvals.
• Lead origination efforts for both syndicated and bilateral facilities (among others, term loans, RCFs, bridge loans, back-stops, guarantee lines...)
• This includes elaboration of marketing materials for pitching, running financial models, completing financial and credit proposals for internal approval committees also for syndication purposes.
