Job summary
The Employee Relations within Human Resources team focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide.
You would be responsible for providing employee relations advice and investigating code of conduct related matters inclusive of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, inappropriate behavior and executive office complaints ensuring proper escalation, engagement and fairness is delivered across all stakeholder groups.
