Vice President, Global Process Innovation

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Vice President, Global Process Innovation is to lead the global process innovation team to identify, evaluate, patent, pilot, and implement process improvements and innovations that enhance guest experiences and drive efficiencies. This role requires both visionary leadership and disciplined execution to ensure innovations move beyond concept into measurable, scaled impact across the enterprise.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures.

• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing, multi-disciplinary innovation organization spanning process engineering, data science, robotics, applied AI, and emerging technology domains.
