Job Description: He will be responsible for leading and managing the entire Government Business vertical, with complete ownership of profit & loss, business growth, operations, and client management. The role requires driving large-scale government contracts across facility management, manpower outsourcing, and allied services while ensuring compliance and profitability. Key Responsibilities 1 . P&L Ownership • Manage end-to-end P&L for the B2G vertical • Monitor financial performance, margins, DSO Management 2. Business Development (Government Sector) • Identify and pursue new opportunities in Central/State Government, PSUs, and institutional clients • Lead tendering process including RFP analysis, pricing strategy, and bid submission • Build a strong pipeline of government contracts across regions 3.
