Vice President - Head of Investor Relations

The Head of Investor Relations is responsible for leading and managing the Group's investor relations function, serving as the primary liaison between the Group, shareholders, rating agencies, analysts, and the broader investment community. The role is critical in narrating and enhancing the Group's corporate profile, strengthening investor confidence, and ensuring transparent, timely, and consistent communication of the Group's financial performance, strategy, and value proposition.

The incumbent will work closely with the Group Chief Strategy Officer, Group CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team to support the Group's strategic positioning, market engagement, sustainability narrative, and long‑term shareholder value creation.
