Vice President - Head of Working Capital and Real Estate Lending

The Head of Working Capital & Real Estate Lending is responsible for leading the design, management, and performance of RAKBANK’s Working Capital and Real Estate Lending product suite for Business Banking customers. The role focuses on driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer relevance through innovative product development, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and risk optimization. You will work closely with the Head of Product – Business Banking to shape RAKBANK’s lending proposition for SMEs and commercial clients, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic priorities and market needs, and reports directly to the Head of Product – Business Banking.
