Opportunity Description
Firematic Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Manufacturing to lead our BRAT Manufacturing division. This executive-level role is responsible for driving operational performance, scalability, and profitability across all manufacturing functions.
This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment—capable of building systems, leading teams, and delivering high-quality custom fire apparatus on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead daily manufacturing operations (fabrication, assembly, scheduling)
+ Own divisional P&L, including labor and material cost control
+ Implement estimate vs. actual labor tracking and KPI management
+ Drive Lean initiatives to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality
+ Align engineering, production, and supply chain functions
+ Build and develop a strong production leadership team
