Our client, a leading listed player in the real estate industry, is looking for a Vice President - Retail Leasing to be based in Mumbai.

Role Overview:

To formulate and implement leasing strategies for overall retail portfolio including F& B across retail assets To lease vacant retail and F& B areas in the assets and maximize revenue through events/promotions To meet & exceed the business plan leasing numbers Lease lifecycle Management & Tenant Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan based on market intelligence for overall retail portfolio including F& B Formulate the zoning plan and the brand/ product category mix based on target customer segment, market positioning of the retail portfolio Responsible for all leasing functions, including site visits, making commercial proposals, reviewing and negotiating lease transacti...
