Vice President of Compliance at AER

The AER is seeking a visionary leader for the role of Vice President, Regulatory Compliance. Based in Calgary, you will manage compliance, enforcement, and emergency management. This includes strategic planning, workforce management, and regulatory execution. Collaborative work with senior leaders will shape the future of Alberta's oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team including five Directors in compliance operations
• Develop strategic priorities for the compliance branch
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as needed
