In this pivotal role, you will report to the Chief Development Officer and oversee transformative fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for transformational fundraising

Requirements:
• Proven success in securing 7- and 8-figure gifts
• Extensive integrated philanthropy experience
• Expertise in individual giving lifecycle strategies
