**POSITION DETAILS**
Reporting to the President, the Vice President (VP) of Student Affairs will provide leadership for student life culture that promotes civility, celebrates diversity, and encourages an inclusive campus climate. The Vice President is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the student development and retention programs and services managed by the Division of Student Affairs, and recommending the development and implementation of new programs and services that support the College’s strategic plan. Areas of oversight include Health Services, Counseling, Student Disability Services, Gender Resources, Student Life and Leadership Development, Veterans Affairs, Community Standards, and International Student and Scholar Services. The Vice President will also maintain college-level oversight of Student Housing/The Towers, as well as the Child Development Center.
