**Position Purpose:**

Drives the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience and compliance. This executive role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation.

+ Focus of the role is to ensure operational performance of the Population Health & Clinical Outcomes Organization (PHCO) through the reporting of key metrics, process improvement, audits, and execution.
+ Set and align strategic objectives with the overall business strategy.
+ Identify and prioritize key areas for operational improvement and enable the execution of improvement.
