Are you a hands-on, field-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution? Osmow’s is seeking a dynamic Vice President Operations to lead and elevate restaurant operations across Canada and the United States.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence, profitability, and brand consistency across all corporate and franchise locations while ensuring strong execution of business strategy at the restaurant level. You will actively engage in field operations, leading through observation, coaching, and continuous improvement to optimize performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
