Lead and oversee all Rail Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities, ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and uninterrupted railway services in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Develop and implement operational strategies, maintenance programs, and performance improvement initiatives to achieve organizational goals and service excellence.

Monitor and manage operational performance, maintenance schedules, service reliability, and asset availability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Direct and coordinate the activities of Operation, Maintenance, Engineering, and Technical personnel, ensuring effective workforce planning, competency development, and resource optimization.
