Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain shared and reusable AI services and components

Design and implement observability and monitoring standards for AI services

Define APIs, integration patterns, cohesive architecture, and engineering standards

Provide technical guidance and code review to engineers across business units

Own technical documentation and governance artefacts for AI use cases

Lead pre-deployment reviews for medium and high-risk use cases

Job Requirements

Proven software engineering experience in Python, including system design, code review, and debugging in production environments

Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and document processing
