Vice President, Strategy Initiatives

**Description**

This position is a key role for the region, operating as a strategic partner to the NA Executive Leadership Team, as well as working across the region's Functions and Brands. This role is charged with developing and leading strategy and driving significant value initiatives across Advertising and Promotion for the North America region. The ability to manage projects effectively and with rigor and governance, while working cross⁃functionally with executive leadership and NA stakeholders will be key to delivering the objectives of this position.

+ Responsible for key strategy presentations for senior Leadership and Board of Directors, drive strategy cascade and adoption with detailed action plans and trackers across all stakeholders
