Vice Principal

The Vice‑Principal position is a full‑time role that combines teaching duties with senior leadership responsibilities within the school.

Professional Duties

• Formulate the aims and objectives of the school.
• Establish the policies through which they will be achieved.
• Manage staff and resources to achieve these aims.
• Monitor progress toward their achievement.
• Undertake the professional duties of the Principal delegated by the Principal.
• Perform the professional duties of the Principal in their absence as required by the Principal or employing authority.
• Entitlement to a break of at least 30 minutes between 12 noon and 2 pm.
