Video Editor for an AI YouTube Channel (US-based/Remote)

We are looking for a Video Editor to support a growing YouTube channel focused on AI and educational content. The content is primarily talking-head style, so the ideal candidate understands how to keep videos engaging through pacing, storytelling, and retention techniques, not just basic cuts.
