Vietnam Property Market Specialist & Training Consultant

Zac Chen Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is expanding into the Vietnam overseas property market and is seeking a specialist to build and lead our Vietnam sales advisory and training function. This role requires deep, on-the-ground expertise in the Vietnamese real estate market across Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Sapa.

• Training and mentoring Singapore-based real estate agents on Vietnam property market dynamics, sales strategy, and buyer engagement for Vietnamese land and property
• Accompanying agents and client groups on live property survey trips to Vietnam, demonstrating sales methodology and client advisory on‑site across Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Sapa
• Reading, interpreting, and explaining Vietnamese Cadastral Maps (Bản đồ địa chính) for specific land parcels to both agents and prospective buyers
