Opportunity Description
Position Objective
Ensure that ongoing house construction and existing houses within the village comply with the Village Construction Rules and Regulations and other statutory local and national requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enforce Deeds of Restrictions, Design Guidelines, and Construction Rules and Regulations
- Coordinate all construction-related concerns to lot owners/authorized representatives and recommend resolutions based on Construction Rules and Regulations, Design Guidelines, and Deeds of Restrictions
- Responding to all concerns and inquiries regarding DOR and Construction Phases
- Updating of AWH Map and Monitoring Master List of Ongoing Constructions
- Final Drawing checking, review, and recommendation for approval
- Inspection and Monitoring of Ongoing Construction and Built Houses
