VIP Relationship Specialist, Indonesia

We are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our VIP team in Indonesia, and serve as the frontline liaison representing the company, to enhance their customer experiences, foster client loyalty, gather feedback for the company to improve, and together drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform strong relationship management of, customer problem resolution and service for, and client acquisition of VIP clients;
• Swiftly, effectively and empathetically resolve VIPs' customer service issues or questions, working with internal Customer Service teams and product teams
• Acting as VIPs' product feedback champion to the company: Gather in-depth feedback and requests on product, services, and collaboration areas from VIPs, and effectively reflecting these back to different BUs and product owners of the company;
