Opportunity Description
We are seeking a highly capable Virtual Executive Assistant (HubSpot Sales and Workflow) to support the setup, optimization, and day to day execution of our business development and sales pipeline processes. This role will focus on using HubSpot to improve lead nurturing, client engagement, and pipeline management by translating internal processes into streamlined and consistent workflows.
The ideal candidate has strong hands on experience in HubSpot CRM , understands sales support operations, and can combine technical execution with process improvement recommendations. This person will help reduce manual work, improve consistency, and ensure our HubSpot setup is aligned with our business growth goals.
