Position Overview

The Visa Officer is responsible for managing and processing visa applications for both outbound (employees/clients traveling abroad) and inbound (foreign nationals coming to the country) cases, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Visa Processing

• Process visa applications for employees, executives, and clients traveling to various countries
• Research and stay updated on visa requirements, documentation, and processing times for different countries
• Prepare and review visa application forms, supporting documents, and cover letters
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers
• Track application status and follow up on pending cases
