Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Visa Supervisor to oversee daily visa processing operations and ensure compliance with embassy requirements. The ideal candidate will lead a team, maintain high accuracy standards, and provide excellent support to clients and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the visa processing team
- Review visa applications for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations
- Handle escalations and resolve complex visa issues
- Train and mentor team members
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and partners
