It is a local tourist attraction. The organisation has appointed Hays to recruit 3 visitor guides to join their team. Working hours will be between and on a rota basis, in line with opening days, which are Tuesday to Sunday.

Your new role
You will be a visitor guide to the organisation's exhibits and galleries, actively engaging visitors and creating a positive impression of the organisation. You will meet and greet visitors in a friendly and polite manner, providing high standards of customer care. In your role, you will provide accurate and up-to-date information to all visitors. Assist with the start-up and close down of exhibitions, including AV equipment as required. Manage visitorments andplaints.
