Visual Merchandising Team Leader

The Visual Merchandising Team Leader is responsible for managing the operational aspects of visual merchandising team, and for planning and organizing store displays to drive business and increase sales. The role works along with the Visual Merchandising Manager and relevant business partners to develop and implement the ongoing visual merchandising strategy.

• Utilize visual merchandising techniques to secure optimal range presentation and increase commerciality of displays in line with brand guidelines, presentation standards and instruction.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on VM operations progress of self and teams against deadlines, milestones and KPI's.
• Works collaboratively with other Team leaders to ensure department resources are managed efficiently and department objectives are achieved.
