VMS Systems Analyst – Production Support

Under the direction of the VMS Systems Manager or Director of System Engineering, this role is responsible for providing VMS support to TAPFIN MSP programs. The position provides critical support by configuring and maintaining applications that enable internal and external clients to perform critical business functions related to requisition, assignment, time capture, invoicing, and reporting processes.

Provides technical support regarding the use of VMS tools, typically in a “Level 2” mode (where the Operations Team provides Level 1 support and the VMS provider provides Level 3 support).

• Responsible for assisting VMS Systems Analysts in deploying and implementing new MSP engagements (i.e., coordinate the day-today deployment activities; resolving issues escalated by clients, sales organization, TAPFIN operations, etc.).
