Volunteer EMT, AEMT, and Paramedics - All Levels

The City of Friendswood is currently accepting applications for volunteer EMTs, AEMTs, and Paramedics (all levels). This position will render Basic and Advanced Life support and emergency medical techniques to those in need of assistance; to operate and maintain assigned ambulance and station; to participate in continuing education and training relative to medical and industry advancements.

Work Performed:

• Render pre-hospital emergency care according to established medical protocols.
• Perform triage and a variety of emergency medical treatments at the Basic and Advanced Life support level. Provide continuing care and treatment while enroute to an emergency medical facility; monitor and report changes in patient condition.
