Responsibilities

Fire Suppression

Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergencies, including structure fires, vehicle fires, and wildfires.

Operate firefighting equipment such as hoses, extinguishers, and pumps to extinguish fires and protect life and property.

Conduct search and rescue operations to locate and evacuate individuals trapped in burning buildings or other hazardous situations.

Perform fire prevention activities, including conducting inspections and educating the public about fire safety.
