This senior technology leader will provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple Brokerage Back Office development teams. The role is responsible for defining and executing product roadmaps, aligning resource plans and budgets, and ensuring consistent, high quality delivery across areas of responsibility.

This leader will drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and productivity—both within their domain and, when needed, across the broader firm.
