My client is a leading Payments and Crypto firm and we are looking for a CMS Compliance candidate in Singapore. They are licensed by this MAS and now looking for a CMS Regulatory Compliance expert to take charge of all Regulatory and MAS matters.

Responsibilities:

Subject matter expert for all CMS related guidelines and licensing work

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies, procedures, and controls.

Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external partners.

Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or concerns.

Produce regular compliance and risk management reports for senior leadership
