Job Description: Fairfest is a leading tradeshow organiser, with active operations in India and the United States, and a global team. We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee the organization's finance and accounting functions, drive financial strategy, and ensure robust governance and compliance. Experience in the media, events, or related industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead finance, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions. Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and taxation requirements. Oversee global accounting operations and financial consolidations. Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
