VP, Global Operations & Compliance

Ladd & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead Operations across multiple offices. The successful candidate will cover operational leadership, compliance oversight, and vendor management, and will design and maintain the firm's execution infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates with 6–10 years of experience in professional services operations, who have a proven track record of managing complex matters and can work as a senior partner to the firm's principals. Cross-border fluency and the right to work in the jurisdiction are required.
