Responsibilities
To contribute to the department strategy through product development (including digital solution).To review and simplify (in consultation with Legal Dept) existing Trade products terms and legal agreements in the APAC region according to market standards.To manage customer specific amendment(s) in the legal agreements (in consultation with the Legal Dept).To act as product specialist for Trade finance products and provide deal support (i.e., product selection, structuring, RFP response, marketing material preparation, legal, compliance, operational, accounting and tax matters) to Relationship Managers and Marketing Officers.Maintenance of Trade pitchbook, standard legal agreements and procedure manual.
