Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives. Provide advisory on organisational design, workforce planning and change management. Drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with OCBC’s business goals and culture.
- Talent Management & Development: Lead talent review processes and succession planning. Identify high‑potential employees and work with leaders to build strong talent pipelines. Support learning and development initiatives to build future‑ready capabilities.
