Your mission
The VP Importer Business is accountable for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of Hiab's importers channel in the designated regions. This role sets clear strategic direction and drives execution across cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable revenue growth, improved profitability, market share growth and long‑term value creation. The position can be based at any of HIAB's locations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Leadership
- Define and execute the regional importers strategy aligned with overall Hiab and Group objectives
- Drive sustainable growth through clear prioritization of markets, segments, and partners
- Identify and capture new business opportunities across existing and new markets
- Ensure a strong customer‑centric and lifecycle value approach across all importer activities
