VP, IT Portfolio Delivery – Banking (Dubai)

S.P.S People FZE is seeking a Vice President/Senior Vice President for IT Project Portfolio Delivery in Dubai. The candidate will define portfolio strategy, monitor project performance, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Successful applicants should have a minimum of 12 years in project management, preferably in banking or financial services. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's is preferred. This is a permanent, onsite role with competitive compensation.
