VP, LATAM Frontier Delivery (Remote) – Microsoft AI & D365

CompQsoft is seeking a VP, LATAM Frontier Delivery Services, to oversee delivery operations and report directly to the Chief Customer Officer. The role includes both Principal and Solution Architect responsibilities, and focuses on scaling a high-performing team in Argentina while supporting Microsoft Frontier Solutions.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 8 years' experience leading Microsoft solution delivery, with strong capabilities in team leadership and performance management. This position focuses on innovation and excellence in delivery.
