VP, Legal Counsel & Contracts Strategy

Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking an experienced in-house legal counsel based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires reviewing and managing a variety of commercial contracts and providing strategic legal advice to the business. Candidates should possess a law degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE.

This position also demands excellent analytical and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of UAE laws. The ideal candidate must have the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining high professional ethics.
