Job Purpose

• Support the HOD and Unit Lead in driving effective monitoring, control, and governance of GL reconciliation and closing balances, ensuring high-quality reporting, strong analytical insights, and robust control frameworks.
• The VP plays a hands‑on leadership role, ensuring execution excellence, timely escalation of issues, accurate management reporting, and alignment with bank-wide policies, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform detailed review of GL reconciliation outputs (L1 & L2) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely resolution of outstanding items.
