Meritt is looking for a VP of Customer Success to lead the company’s customer success strategy from the ground up. Based in London, this foundational hire will be responsible for owning Net Revenue Retention and managing expansion revenue across enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is currently a Head of CS or VP of CS in a SaaS business, ready to build structure in a high-growth environment.

The position offers a competitive salary of £110k-£120k base, with a bonus of up to £30k, plus equity. This is not just a role; it's a chance to directly impact the company's growth story.
