VP, Portfolio Manager - Commercial Real Estate

This position is a key member of the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate group, collaborating with Relationship Managers to deliver well-structured loan solutions for commercial real estate customers across the U.S. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for preparing well-reasoned credit proposals in accordance with sound credit-granting principles and in compliance with Bank policy & procedures. This role is also responsible for monitoring the performance of an assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring that all reviews / renewals of loans are reviewed / re-documented in a timely manner (as necessary).
