VP, Private Equity (Buyout)

The VP will be responsible for
leading transaction execution, driving deal origination, and actively managing portfolio companies . This role requires a
strong control-investing mindset , the ability to independently run deal processes, and confidence engaging with founders, management teams, and external stakeholders across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities :Deal Execution Lead
end-to-end execution of buyout transaction s, including financial analysis, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations .Build and review complex
LBO model s, valuation analyses, and investment return scenarios .Manage all aspects of the transaction process, including coordination of
financial, commercial, legal, and tax due diligenc e .Take ownership of
Investment Committee material s, presenting investment cases, key risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders .Lead
negotiations of transaction documentatio n, including SPAs, shareholder agreements, and financing terms ....
