Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Responsibilities :
- Define and execute Group-level sales strategy for GLOMORE business in alignment with long-term growth vision.
- Drive market expansion in Ansoff way and in B2B, B2C & Ecommerce channels
- Build strong GTM (Go-To-Market) frameworks , pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting models.
- Develop strategic alliances, channel partnerships, system integrators, and enterprise collaborations .
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations leadership on roadmap alignment.
- Leverage AI-driven sales analytics, CRM intelligence, automation tools, and predictive pipelines to improve efficiency and conversion.
