Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure sustained high performance and professional growth.
- Drive profitable short- and long-term sales growth within the railway segment, taking ownership of budget achievement, forecasting accuracy, and overachievement of targets.
- Define and execute sales and market strategies for Rolling Stock and Rail Communications, including business planning, budgeting, and alignment with Group Strategy.
- Lead complex, solution-based sales activities and product launches, positioning new and existing technologies to meet market and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while collaborating closely with Engineering, T&O, S&BD, and Customer Service to ensure technology adoption and operational excellence.
